I do not usually write reviews but I feel like the Xotic Team deserves one because they met and exceeded my expectations when ordering my custom pc. The only thing is the wait time is a bit long and that made me skeptical at first but customer service is very transparent and will clear any doubts. If I would need another Custom PC, I would go with Xotic PC again, they gained my trust.

Received pc and even came with a USB flash drive and a DVD for a restore if needed. Amazing company to work with!!!

I admit my expectations were low. When computer arrived i was blow away. Absolutely fantastic job especially with cable management.

I have nothing but good things to say. This PC is amazing and customer service was great if I had any questions. I am glad I decided to order from them. Go ahead and add on the white monitor bundle. You won't be sorry.

I've used XoticPC a few times now, though this is my first purchase with a Windows installation. I usually buy my Sager/Clevo laptops with great specs and I install Arch Linux myself.... However, I can say that the support we received regarding Windows was extremely helpful and 15/10. Will buy here again and again

being able to customize a laptop for my specific needs is perfect. got everything I needed for high end CAD and rendering. this is my second laptop from OXTIC because the first would not run my 3D scanner. XOTIC could have been more helpful in assisting me in selecting the new laptop.

I just received my pc Thursday and got it un boxed packaging could be a little bit better but nothing was damaged but I got it plugged up and started right up no issues and plays every game perfectly I highly recommend xotic pc

Absolutely amazing build. My first build and received great help from the Xoticpc experts. The Process went smooth, shipping was rather quick, right in between their time frame. I’m running this pc at 4K, 240fps monitor and there’s not any game it can’t handle. I can’t recommend this enough, if it’s within your budget.
