Excellent Customer Service and Custom Build Options
I've used XoticPC a few times now, though this is my first purchase with a Windows installation. I usually buy my Sager/Clevo laptops with great specs and I install Arch Linux myself.... However, I can say that the support we received regarding Windows was extremely helpful and 15/10. Will buy here again and again
being able to customize a laptop for my specific needs is perfect. got everything I needed for high end CAD and rendering. this is my second laptop from OXTIC because the first would not run my 3D scanner. XOTIC could have been more helpful in assisting me in selecting the new laptop.

I just received my pc Thursday and got it un boxed packaging could be a little bit better but nothing was damaged but I got it plugged up and started right up no issues and plays every game perfectly I highly recommend xotic pc

Absolutely amazing build. My first build and received great help from the Xoticpc experts. The Process went smooth, shipping was rather quick, right in between their time frame. I’m running this pc at 4K, 240fps monitor and there’s not any game it can’t handle. I can’t recommend this enough, if it’s within your budget.

Defies even my high expectations so far. Have been playing BG3 with it on the laptop screen and mirrored on a 4K TV on max settings and the thing isn't even getting very hot. BG3 is notorious for its lack of optimization and the heat it generates -- nada. Great job of providing a super clean install (as promised) by XOTIC. Love that I didn't have to start my rig's life by trying to remove all traces of crappy Norton or McAfee trials as well as a lot of other bloatware. Couldn't be happier with the product I received from them so far.

Nice little laptop
I need a smaller screened laptop to fit in my camera bag, but it also had to have enough punch to edit 4k video. This one fits my criteria. I have had it for about a week, and I really enjoy using the laptop. I do notice my fingerprints a little, but that doesn't bother me.
The battery life is pretty nice. I was editing photos and video for a few hours and it didn't drop below 30%.
The display is great. Very vivid.
I have played some Ark Ascendant with it and have had no issues. Note* i got the 4080 version.

I went back and forward on two different options before speaking with support. Then support sent me to a different laptop. I love it. I just got it last week and am not disappointed at all. I am glad I got the bloatware removal too. They did an excellent job cleaning up the new computer.
